At 23:08 Beijing time on the 9th, a Long March 3B carrier rocket was launched from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center, successfully sending the Communication Technology Experiment Satellite-22 into its predetermined orbit. The launch mission was a complete success.

This achievement sets a new record for Long March rockets, with three launches in one day. The satellite will primarily be used for satellite communication, broadcasting, data transmission, and related technology testing and verification.

The Communication Technology Experiment Satellite-22 was developed by the Eighth Academy of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC). The satellite is mainly used for satellite communication, broadcasting, data transmission, and related technology testing and verification.

This launch was the 615th launch of the Long March series of carrier rockets.
