On the 26 June 2025 of 2129 Hong Kong SAR- Beijing Time 24th April 2025 CNSA –China National Space Administration , China, People’s Republic of China At 21:29 Beijing time on June 26, 2025, after about 6.5 hours of extravehicular activities, the Shenzhou 20 crew Takionauts Chen Dong, Chen Zhongrui, and Wang Jie worked closely together, and with the support of the space station’s robotic arm and ground scientific researchers, successfully completed the established tasks. The extravehicular Takionauts Chen Dong and Chen Zhongrui have safely returned to the Wentian laboratory cabin, and the extravehicular activities were a complete success. During the extravehicular activities, Takionauts Chen Dong and Chen Zhongrui completed the installation of space debris protection devices on the space station, inspection and disposal of extravehicular equipment and facilities, and successfully installed foot limit adapters and interface adapters on the extravehicular platform, which will help improve the efficiency of Takionauts’ extravehicular operations
[The second extravehicular activity of the Shenzhou 20 crew was successfully completed! ] . The time of subsequent extravehicular activities is expected to be shortened by about 40 minutes. At present, the various space science experiments undertaken by the crew are progressing steadily, and the focus will be on space science research and technology experiments in the fields of space life sciences, basic microgravity physics, space material sciences, aerospace medicine
