#Emirates #3DPrinting | #3DSystems – Changing the innovating the supply chain equation with additive Manufacturing….. changing the nature of inventory logistics..

When it comes to parts inventory or logistics for maintaining a fleets of various Aircraft in airliner, or back in the STS-Space Transportation System- Space Shuttle Program massive amount of aviation parts warehouse were built to house various from critical major to minor components in which getting those spare parts can for those aircraft can be delivery timely from the suppliers or manufacturers…… in which Emirates Airlines have been looking for innovative alternatives since 2014 to getting Bespoke parts…

One innovative solution is done in with collaboration with 3D systems among with Emirates Airlines is finding ways of replacing interior cabin parts in which having by passing the manufacturer of origin in a rapid amount of time, in which of manufacturing those parts inhouse of reverse engineering those parts with 3D scanning then enabling those scans into a Computer Aid Design 3D printing software with then 3D Printing in also the Airliner doesn’t own the CAD files.. in which innovation leads obtaining the reverse engineering into parametric CAD files that becomes your tooling.. Then the powder plastic becomes your inventory..  …

This additive manufacturing leads to non-constraints of design rules it allows you to gives an extra edge of creatively from 3D printing the venation grids in which leading towards the using SLS fire retardant materials printing in which the material becomes stronger than the original material used for the cabin interior also ready available.. in which creates a cost effective logistics inventory….

#AIRBUS #A350XWB | #AsianaAirlines – it’s first in the making – #A350-900

As Airliners set to replace their older aircraft fleets for more fuel, environmental efficiency Aircraft in which can cover more range also with decrease in travelling time  efficiency…. South Korean- Asiana Airlines has been doing the same with like Cathy Pacific in fleet replacement… Asiana Airlines is Airbus twelfth A350XWB-900 series customer….. In which on 24th April 2017, have taken its delivery from Airbus Toulouse France Assembly plant… This is the First Asiana Airlines taken delivery with it’s first A350-900 following with another thirty orders…

As all the components arrive at the Toulouse France Assembly plant, assembly takes place with the fuselage then the wings, its rudder, with the fins takes shape of an aircraft once assemble it’s taken to the paint shop for livery to be painted on, layered with a strong primer coat, then the aircraft is tested   with the interior cabin installments before it sets out for its formal delivery …

This later early in this year during the month of August 2016, there was an introductory new Aircraft, in which was taken towards “Airbus” Toulouse, France paint shop, in which was delivery on that summer in which was a newly constructed “Airbus 350-1000 XWB” in which is the extension of A350-900 series, in which sits at 74 meters long in which currently replace the changing market for Boeing 747-400’s or 800 series in which Cathy Pacific has done too do for fleet replacement due to the changing times of for a more fuel, economy efficiency innovative aircraft..

.Airbus have been always known to build the wing span first to accommodate any other further fuselage extensions  as its previous series the A 340 series fuselage come in various length wise.. it will be very interesting the Flagship of the Airbus, Airbus 380 -800 would do the same in the 900 to the 1000 series..  In this Airbus receives the first test flight A350-1000 with number one ,

The final components of the A350-1000 is manufactured from different parts of Europe, in which is delivered towards the Airbus Toulouse assembly plant, arrived in an heavily modified  variant five  A300-600ST – Beluga Transporter..  the aircraft fuselage is assemble in which all the components are put together, the wings, the tail, the rudders, with the all the wiring included, as for the engine mounting comes later, with the interior cabin as well

When the final A350-1000 components are all assemble then the aircraft is sent towards the Airbus Toulouse Paint house, in which the main primer is sprayed on with the usually masking, taping preparations, then the final signature livery colours is layer on with careful delicate painted artistry as finally dried it’s then transferred to final phase of the assembly with the engine mountings, it’s engine nacelles, then it’s cabin interior fitting is installed to the required customization..…..
