As Cathay Pacific Airways takes its first milestone Airbus 350-1000 XWB on the month of June 2018 in which became the second carrier airliner operator on the A350-1000 series,  In which Cathay Pacific takes order of twenty orders… in which Air China has taken its first delivery of its first Airbus 350-900 XWB on August 2018,  in which this this is the first of ten that they order..

Air China’s Airbus 350-900 series Milestone Order number N0167 in which was manufactured this year, with the all components  arriving from all over the Airbus fabrication partners from Europe in which was transported by fleet of five Beluga cargo fleet to assemble in Airbus Toulouse, French final assemble facility factory..

As in the making of Air China’s A350-900 series has the latest like Cathay Pacific Airways Airspace Cabin interior technologies… Powered by the mightily Rolls Royce Trent XWB engines… In a three class format with totally of 312 seats, thirty two businesses, twenty four premiums Economy also 256 Economy Seats…

As the certification begins also its first flight on 19 October 2017, for the first milestone moderate long haul aircraft Airbus 330 Neo series airliner its number one FFWW MSN1795 that was constructed assembled together from the famous five team of Beluga aircraft in bringing critical parts of assembly in which constructed without the pair of newly Highly performance of Roll Royce Trent 7000 engines that’s yet to be installed before the painting process for the A330Neo’s livery.. From Airbus Toulouse Blagnac aircraft assembly manufacturing….  To its paint house..

As it’s younger smallest sister the Airbus 320Neo already began its certification this year with the options of having either the Pratt or Witney – PW1100G-JM engines or CFM International’s LEAP-1A engines… …..  Where in this case the new series of A330neo’s engine is a newly installed Roll Royce Trent 7000 series engine… in which increasing lift with the new wing tip with the reduction of drag with the extended wing of 3.7 meters it’ll increase the lift also reducing the drag also fuel consumption….

This later early in this year during the month of August 2016, there was an introductory new Aircraft, in which was taken towards “Airbus” Toulouse, France paint shop, in which was delivery on that summer in which was a newly constructed “Airbus 350-1000 XWB” in which is the extension of A350-900 series, in which sits at 74 meters long in which currently replace the changing market for Boeing 747-400’s or 800 series in which Cathy Pacific has done too do for fleet replacement due to the changing times of for a more fuel, economy efficiency innovative aircraft..

.Airbus have been always known to build the wing span first to accommodate any other further fuselage extensions  as its previous series the A 340 series fuselage come in various length wise.. it will be very interesting the Flagship of the Airbus, Airbus 380 -800 would do the same in the 900 to the 1000 series..  In this Airbus receives the first test flight A350-1000 with number one ,

The final components of the A350-1000 is manufactured from different parts of Europe, in which is delivered towards the Airbus Toulouse assembly plant, arrived in an heavily modified  variant five  A300-600ST – Beluga Transporter..  the aircraft fuselage is assemble in which all the components are put together, the wings, the tail, the rudders, with the all the wiring included, as for the engine mounting comes later, with the interior cabin as well

When the final A350-1000 components are all assemble then the aircraft is sent towards the Airbus Toulouse Paint house, in which the main primer is sprayed on with the usually masking, taping preparations, then the final signature livery colours is layer on with careful delicate painted artistry as finally dried it’s then transferred to final phase of the assembly with the engine mountings, it’s engine nacelles, then it’s cabin interior fitting is installed to the required customization..…..

On the year 2014’s third quarterly… “An Abu Dhabi Airliner based – Etihad Airways“ ordered an “Airbus 380”.. as that construction takes form a head of  production schedule.. for the delivery in December 2014, taking its place as a thirteenth operator airline to fly the  “Airbus 380″ in its carrier fleet..

In this, seeing the construction of the  Etihad Airways A380 taking shape. From the parts manufactured from different parts around Europe, the main fuselage, wings the customed already painted tail, putting the pieces of a fully scaled operational A380 together at Airbus’s Toulouse aircraft construction plant in France.. As it takes form with perfect precision…  the Etihad Airways A380 is taken to have its four powerful Rolls Royce Trent 1000 engines…

 

 

Once assemble and operationally system tested it’s flown to the Advance paint workshop in Hamburg in Germany… where the A380 is painted with the airliner’s signature background colour with various painted primers underneath.. The main coat then once dried its stencil painted out with various masking to reveal the Etihad Airways livery

Once dried and fully livery, the Etihad Airways A380,  gets customized  gets a massive interior renovation with seating’s luggage compartments with various cabin equipment with immerse luxury even on economy…

AIRBUS | first asinana airlines A380-MSN 152- HL7625- gets livery painted… ?

During this year South Korean “Asinana Airlines” got its first “Airbus 380-800”, in the process of being manufactured, assembled in Toulouse -France… once finally assemble, checked certified  then it gets flown to Airbus’s advanced Paint Shop in Hamburg German.. normally the tail section gets it livery first as an aircraft indicator on the manufacturing  floor..  The painting process from bringing the aircraft in the hanger paint shop building 222, detailly located on the spot, masking out the essential details. Then it robotically it gets a massive dose of primer then primary coat of Paint… Then waiting for once it’s dry it gets remasked with a bandages of stencils again for the extra details that reciped in the carriers livery fine tuning it out for like a car that you just ordered only a week ago..
