As Airliners set to replace their older aircraft fleets for more fuel, environmental efficiency Aircraft in which can cover more range also with decrease in travelling time  efficiency…. South Korean- Asiana Airlines has been doing the same with like Cathy Pacific in fleet replacement… Asiana Airlines is Airbus twelfth A350XWB-900 series customer….. In which on 24th April 2017, have taken its delivery from Airbus Toulouse France Assembly plant… This is the First Asiana Airlines taken delivery with it’s first A350-900 following with another thirty orders…

As all the components arrive at the Toulouse France Assembly plant, assembly takes place with the fuselage then the wings, its rudder, with the fins takes shape of an aircraft once assemble it’s taken to the paint shop for livery to be painted on, layered with a strong primer coat, then the aircraft is tested   with the interior cabin installments before it sets out for its formal delivery …

#AIRBUS #A321NEO | the certification of the CFM International’s LEAP 1A Engine…

As part of the new “Airbus 321 Neo” small passenger Aircraft certification process with new engine optional engines types that take place during the ninth February 2016 at Hamburg of its first flight, its recent certification process is the new optional CFM International’s LEAP-1A engines… In which the standard engines for the Airbus 321 Neo is Pratt and Whitney – PW1100G-JM engines in which as been certified among with the aircraft…… As with the new engine installation it’s still required for the engines to be test with the Aircraft to simulate the required environmental conditions to check its compatibilities in regarding how it’ll perform in real world situations in with the comprehensive series of safety and performances testing in a joint collaboration with the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).  It was Extreme conditions climatic tested in Florida on May 2016, at -65 degrees Fahrenheit – -54 Degrees Celsius, then it was tested for Velocity for Minimum Control on ground at Toulouse of that same month as well joining it sister in July the A320Neo with the same engine type in getting certified with more than four hundred hours of flight time..

#AIRBUS #A350XWB | Air Caraibes first A350-900XWB…..

During the month 28th February 2017, “Air Caraibes” took the keys on receiving its first “Airbus 350-900 XWB” into its airline fleet onto becoming its eleventh customer for Airbus for the newly environmentally friendly wide body aircraft… among that the ceremony was held at Toulouse France, in where the main Airbus assembly line is located…  Among the ceremony there were management representatives from Air Carabires, AerCap, and Rolls Royce…

Just before the ceremony, the first A350-900 XWB – Air Caraibes, was constructed, Assembled in Airbus Toulouse assembly plant.. in which the various parts, sections of the fuselage are imported from various manufacturing sections of Europe… in which is transported via through the fleet of  Airbus Beluga’s as its assemble with precision, taking shape with wings, tail, and  rudder .. #AIRBUS #A350-1000 | the second testing of #MSN059 – Dynamic Ground testing..

Just recently “Airbus” did a ground dynamic testing…  On a newly constructed “Airbus 350-1000″, F-WML 0059- MSN0059  in which the initial testing in the series in which had its maiden flight on the 24th November 2016, in which the first testing was done on for its certification process…  in this the first A350-1000 (MSN059) was used in the process of ground vibration testing.. in which to measure, data analysis the aircraft Dynamic behaviour in which the physical dynamic testing demonstrates the in between the theoretical model versa the physical model on various given intense situations of flight environments, manoeuvring, flying into a gale force winds during various situations of take-off and landing in which this certification process takes up nine days in which the previous version the A350-900… however with new refined  testing techniques  the certification process takes up two days in which a Multifunction Commercial aircraft team from different domains  was set up to reduce the time of  certification process for the airworthiness Authorities……

In which three testing Airbus 350-1000 are built during the first test flight Airbus 350-1000 (MSN059) it had all the testing it was design to test the engine and flight systems, the following second test Airbus 350-1000 (MSN060) in which is testing for the Aircraft wiring, electrical systems, in which the third testing Airbus 350-1000 (MSN065) is testing for the cabined pressure equipment, also interior..

The Airbus 350-1000 series have a capability range of 7,950 nautical miles in which is designed for high efficiency, performance also highest degree of passenger comfort to three classes accommodating economy premium, first and business classes, also its build on top of its successful design heritage the Airbus 350-900 series… In which the dual engines are of Rolls Royce Trent XWB-97 turboprop engines… once verification certification of the Airbus 350-1000 have been finalized it’ll begin manufacturing inwardly within the second half year of 2017 with pre-orders..

#AIRBUS #A330-200 | the next generation of Beluga XL in awaiting ……………….

Currently in construction, there’s something exciting in the works of “Airbus” in its aircraft construction assembly line in Toulouse, France as incoming part from different European partnerships, in processing phase of assembling the next generation of the Airbus 300-200 Beluga XL, in which in its current fleet there are five in service providing the essential components transportation to Airbus Toulouse in the final phase of assembly of Aircraft..  The current Beluga is based around the Airbus 300-200 series, in which heavily modified to accommodate the carrying various aircraft fuselage in sections to the assembling points….

The Beluga is a baseline inspirationally from the Boeing carrier aircraft the Super Guppy in which provided the transportation of aircraft fuselages to Airbus in its early days. As Aircraft sections grew in size a larger, powerful aircraft is need to transport the parts..  Currently the core components airframe of the aircraft has been structurally reinforced.. In which was done in December 2016 the process will takes twelve months to modified to complete into the daughter of the Beluga in during that duration the airframe is constructed in Airbus  building L34…  then later the installments of mechanical, engineering, electrical systems impendent.. then it’ll be tested in 2018, certified then operations in 2019, to carry an whole set of Airbus 350 WXB Wings.. as the current Beluga is based on the Shorter A300 jetliner, the Beluga XL is based form the longer version of A330-200 in which accommodate more space to carry..
