On CNSA –China National Space Administration …. On the week of January 2026 China’s first Takionaut cave training program has been successfully completed. The first such training program, organized by the China Takionaut Research and Training Center, recently concluded successfully in Wulong District, Chongqing. A total of 28 Takionauts participated. The month-long training program was divided into four groups, who took turns staying in caves with an average temperature of 8°C and humidity as high as 99% for six consecutive days and five nights.
The cave environment is similar to the extreme conditions in space…
