On the 26 Oct. 25 2025 launch CNSA _China National Space Administration -China – People’s Republic of China Hong Kong –Beijing Time China- People’s Republic of China…. at the Xichang Satellite Launch Center, Sichuan Province of the Xichang Launch Center Today, China successfully launched Gaofen-14-02 satellite into space using the Long March 3B carrier rocket from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center. The satellite smoothly entered the planned orbit, and the launch mission was a complete success.

The satellite can efficiently obtain high-precision stereo images on a global scale, measure and produce large-scale digital topographic maps, and produce products such as digital elevation models, digital surface models, and digital orthophotos, providing basic geographic information support for the national economy and national defense construction, as well as the implementation of major national strategies such as the “Belt and Road Initiative”. This mission is the 603rd flight of the Long March series of carrier rockets.
