In view your captain have to be science- engineering.. but with a strong tactical officer whom can give you the abilities of tactical captain in which will be useful when using this ship that can be equipped with dual canons… in speaking with canons- torpedo launcher- rear turret mixture would benefit… unless it’s just a straight beam arrays – Torpedo launcher in which tactically this ship is very agile given it’s medium size.. Apart from that it’s your science- engineering abilities also your strength in another tactical field…
