The design of the Edison Temporal Class is pretty much of the heavy escorts like the Miranda Class taking from that design in which most of the engineering section is under the saucer section with the two warp nacelles attached by a delta sanction warp nacelles pylon arrangement…  The Edison resembles more of a larger sleeker of the Defiant class… in which you can either equip with an combination with cannons, torpedoes launchers, turrets ….
