STAR TREK | infinite Space

Just notice this yesterday, as I was reading my news feeds, scrolling down till tittle “Star Trek – Infinite Space” or Star Trek IS for short.  The game feel is some what  like texture on BattleStar Galatica has I notice the simallarites which gameplay is within the Browser by signing up and downloading the Plugin.

In this gameplay which is in it’s beta form, much like Battlestar Galatica, scaling and details quality is the benchmark of the game, Having being a Treker, scaling and details is a must, it’s a Gene Roddenberry must, so that must is brought in my Gameforge whom asked Micheal and Michelle Osuka, whom work on three Star Trek series TNG, Deep Space Nine, and Voyager on the level of detailing.

The in browser game play is a MMO, Massive Mutilplayer Online. You get to chose three sides of the the United Federation of Planets Star Trek universe, in the Bajor and Cardassian systems, pretty much so in the story line.  you get to create you own avatar, also pick you ship of what sides of chossing United Federation of Planets, Klingon Empire, or the Casdassian. Each three sides have there own storyline to mission.  One thing is the Comparsion between the BSG online and Star Trek-Infinite Space, gives you to combat other players online, setting up groups. unlike BSG online which doesn’t.

Having Played Star Trek Online, I would say this is Pretty much a interesting step, of gameplay. in saying this I would presume more games are now trending to this development where it’s more browser base, unless it’s more game intensive pack, where the game would have to be purchase.

Given it’s in Beta Test, there’s a whole lot more coming soon of further expansion of the MMO Game play, plus the game is free unlike where of BSG Online where to advance the next level or upgrades a payment subscription is required, but we’ll see as the game progress through it development.

The gameplay is release on the Summer 2011- Northern Hemisphere.

#STS134 | OV 105 -Endeavour

Last  night I survied by least three cups of strong coffee, watching the last launch of the Space Shuttle Endeavour, OV-105 on Ustreamtv on NASA TV Channel.  It was and enduring launch off set by least three holds, they had to repair the thermal tiles around the crew hatch,  some weathering  of in coming clouds holding for a least thirty minutes, and a the last hold for least ten minutes, before they resume the count down proceedures for launch.

Endeavours last mission is to deliver one of the last shuttle bound flight, of installing an Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer, AMS-02, design to scan, analysis the night skies for dectection of  the missing matter, dark, matter and anti matter in the universe.

Endeavour duration is to last for sixteen day, but it involves other expeirmental errands.

In later years to come, you can find Endeavour in is resting place in Los Angeles, California Science Center.

Transformers – to date

I can remember the days of watching Transformers the animated series, when they first appear out from the crash escape giant yellow Ark like Cybertonian  starship, after it plighted to Earth , crash into a volcano, in some what in the Jurassic period.  Even to this moment the war between the Autobots and Decepticons still rage on till today. The differences in stories war are not the same in between the animated and the movie, both are different universes, pretty much with the reboot of the JJ Abrams movie of Star Trek.  Given a more writers freedom the Transformers movie takes on the essences of the animated series.

This case the Decepticons are extended long search through time  for their frozen lost leader known as the dangerous Megatron, whom appeared as a gun, in the animated series, now this movie as a Cybertonian fighter aircraft, whom haven’t change form like it’s Air Combat Commander Starscream.  There search comes into play with play when also try to find the All Spark, a cube that contains the knowledge of creating more Cybertonian species and so much more. the search comes into when the Decepticons are trailing the search lead to Sam Witwicky which lead to the to long lost frozen leader Megaton. Sam gets caught up in a long battle between the Decepticons and the Autobots.

That battle also get planet Earth Caught up in as well historically on Earth’s time as Cybertron battled fatigue into on an energy crisis, and need to move of system to find new energy resources, too fuel to create more of the Cybertonian species.  Pretty Much like Earth existing today, if we don’t start developing and releasing other forms of energy generating devices, existing Earth could face the same faith as of Cybertron.

The third, the Battle rages onwards as the more of the visited past has haunted Earth before, and now the a keepsake secret hidden, has released it’s  many light years Cybertonian trench warfare to Earth.

One Day a new sport!

When I open up a news feed from a DVICE this morning and notice an article of Jetman Yves Rossy, known as the Jetman, the first man to have a jet powered suit. Reading this mornings article he soars over the Grand Canyon in his wing suit while not waiting for FAA approval, because they couldn’t decide what class of flight vehicle to classified it as, also notice and other article from GeekBeat.tv of the Martin Jet pack.

 One thing I did notice that if you are into extreme sports such as like the Red Bull Air Rally. This one day soon maybe a new extreme sports air sports, where instead of parachuting down, you rocket jet down in a mid flight navigating course to achieve it in a minimum amount of time then to parachuting down to safety. while drop of from a say a cargo carrier aircraft like the Boeing C17 Globemaster instead via helicopter.

Hug a Tribble day!

Okay on every 29 December should be  Hug a Tribble day, Tribbles are notoriously cute, fuzzy, and make you say Awwwwww to the point of saying it again. Why on December the 29th?  Tribble first appear on Star Trek TOS | The Orignal Series.  They first appeared in the episode Trouble with Tribbles when Captain James T Kirk when to investigate a distress signal to a Deep space station K-7. After found that it was unwarranted of the distress. the undersecretary want to someone to guard a special type of grain. 

They were first introduce by a merchant trader, Cyrano Jones,  brought these fuzzy fur creatures on to the station, and sold it to Uhura, as a marketing ploy to get most of the Enterprise crew to purchase more of these fuzzy creatures.  The Crew like them, and found them a lot smoothing to ease their tension, stress.  but can pose a problem they can mass multiple when they consume a lot, in this case they’ve got into the grainy storage of  the K-7 station. Also they’re an asexual, they reproduce themselves. hence they can mass reproduce rapidly than rabbits.

One thing to note Tribbles are cool!  Cool to the point they’ve become mortal enemies of the Klingon Empire, because they’re so cute like any other furry fuzzy pet. The Klingon aren’t immune to Tribbles, they have an allergy to them.   They can become you stress reliving desk tools by patting it and they give out a smoothing purr to relax you.  but just not to feed them to much though.

So on 29th December grab your nearest pet Tribble and Hug it,  for Hug a Tribble day!
