Studies have shown that ASMR can help improve depression and relieve the discomfort caused by chronic pain.
Hong Kong Tramways collaborated with field recordists AKKan & Peter Wong Tsz Kin to record the environmental imagery and sound of a tram journey. In addition to recording the familiar “Ding Ding” sounds, soft whispers and pedestrian life from each corner of the city can also be heard.
