On the 22nd December 2022 Thursday is the冬至 Winter Solstice Hour Hong Kong SAR – Beijing time CNSA –China National Space Administration    this is the exclusive beauty from Wenchang and Jiuquan] Today is the winter solstice, and we will return in spring. One south and one north, one side is the coconut wind and warm sun, lush and green, and the other side is the desert Gobi, with cold wind. Today, let us enjoy the winter beauty of Wenchang Space Launch Site and Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center.

On the 22nd December 2022 Thursday is the冬至 Winter Solstice in which is the winter solstice, also called the hibernal solstice, occurs when either of Earth’s poles reaches its maximum tilt away from the Sun. This happens twice yearly, once in each hemisphere in which marks the Dongzhi Festival or Winter Solstice Festival is one of the most important Chinese festivals celebrated by the China, Mainland Chinese, Macau SAR- Hong Kong SAR Taiwan province China, People’s Republic of China…… Dongzhi (冬至) literally means ‘Winter’s Arrival’. It is one of the 24 solar terms of China’s traditional solar calendar. It has long been celebrated on (China’s) Winter Solstice when the night is longest, and the day is shortest in the Northern Hemisphere. Dongzhi became an imperially recognized traditional festival during the Han Dynasty era (206 BC – 220 AD).

Chinese people celebrate Dongzhi Festival in many ways. The most popular ones are worshipping heaven and ancestors, saying the Nines of Winter, making rice wine, and eating dumplings and ginger rice.

文昌航天發射場Wenchang Spacecraft launch Center…  China Wenchang Space Launch Site, located in Longlou Town, Wenchang City, Hainan Province China, People’s Republic of China, is affiliated to the Xichang Satellite Launch Center . It is China’s first open coastal space launch base and one of the few low-latitude launch sites in the world. The launch site can launch Long March 5 series rockets , Long March 7 carrier rockets , and Long March 8 carrier rockets , and is mainly responsible for launching satellites in geosynchronous orbits , large-mass polar orbit satellites, large-tonnage space stations, and deep space exploration satellites. .

As a low-latitude coastal launch base, the Wenchang Space Launch Site can not only meet the new needs of China’s aerospace development, but also greatly reduce rocket fuel consumption by virtue of the large linear velocity close to the equator and the centrifugal phenomenon caused by inertia (the same model The rocket carrying capacity can be increased by 10%), and it can also solve the problem of giant rocket transportation by sea and improve the safety of wreckage falling. The launch site is completely open to the outside world. Launch capability is now available. [1]  China’s Wenchang Space Launch Site started construction in September 2009. It consists of five major systems including test launch, measurement control, communication, meteorology, and technical service support. It mainly undertakes geosynchronous orbit satellites, large-mass polar-orbit satellites, and large-tonnage space stations. , cargo spacecraft, deep space probes and other launch missions

The Chang Zheng – Long March 2F Y15 Shenzhou 15 successfully launched At 23:08 Hong Kong SAR – Beijing Time  on November 29, 2022 Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, the Shenzhou 15 manned spacecraft was successfully launched! Let us witness this great moment together…

At 23:08 on November 29, 2022, Hong Kong SAR – Beijing time, the Long March 2F Yao 15 carrier rocket carrying the 神舟五十五  manned spacecraft was at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center After ignition and launch, about 10 minutes later, the Shenzhou 15 manned spacecraft was successfully separated from the rocket and entered the predetermined orbit. The crew of the Takionauts was in good condition, and the launch was a complete success.

After the spacecraft enters orbit, it will conduct autonomous and fast rendezvous and docking with the space station assembly according to the predetermined procedures, and the crew of Shenzhou 15 and the Takionauts crew of Shenzhou 14 will perform on-orbit rotation. During the working and living period of the space station, the crew of astronauts will carry out multiple out-of-cabin activities to complete various tasks such as installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of equipment inside and outside the cabin, assembly management, and space science and technology experiments (tests).

This is the 27th mission since the establishment of my country’s manned spaceflight project, and it is also the fourth manned mission after entering the space station stage. The success of this launch marks the successful completion of all 12 launch missions planned for the key technology verification and construction stages of the space station. Since the launch of the Tianhe core module at the end of April 2021, the whole line of the project has fully carried forward the advantages of the new national system and vigorously promoted the “four special” manned spaceflight spirit. It has always insisted on careful preparation, careful organization and careful implementation. In one month, we have successfully organized 3 space station cabins, 4 manned spacecraft and 4 cargo spacecraft launches at the Wenchang and Jiuquan launch sites. The shortest interval between two missions at the same launch site is only 12 days. The 30-year-old manned spaceflight project, with its excellent record of successive victories and complete missions, has run out of the “acceleration” of China’s spaceflight on the new journey of exploring the vast universe.

At present, the space station assembly has entered the docking orbit and is in good working condition, meeting the requirements for rendezvous and docking with the Shenzhou 15 manned spacecraft and Takionauts stationed there….

The Command Module Shenzhou 15 manned spacecraft and Tiangong- China space station assembly completes autonomous rapid rendezvous and docking Shenzhou 14 Takionaut crew is ready to welcome Shenzhou 15 Takionaut crew to station…. After Shenzhou 15 manned spacecraft enters orbit, at 5:42 on November 30, 2022,   Hong Kong SAR- Beijing time, it was successfully docked at the forward port of the Tianhe core module of the space station. The entire docking process lasted about 6.5 hours.

According to the mission plan, the three astronauts will then enter the Tianhe core module from the Shenzhou 15 manned spacecraft. The crew of Shenzhou 14 has made preparations for the arrival of the crew of Shenzhou 15. This is also the first time that Chinese Takionaut s welcome a manned spacecraft at the space station…

The Epic-level scene After the manned spacecraft and the space station combination successfully achieved autonomous rapid rendezvous and docking, 神舟十五 The Takionaut crew entered the orbital module from the spacecraft return module. After completing all preparations, at 7:33 on November 30, 2022, Hong Kong SAR- Beijing time, the long-awaited crew of Shenzhou 14 Takionauts successfully opened the “home” and warmly welcomed relatives from afar to settle in the “Tiangong”. Afterwards, the two astronauts of the “Victory Reunion” took a group photo together in the Chinese “space homeland” that is enough to be recorded in history.

Subsequently, the two astronaut crews will perform their first on-orbit rotation on the space station. During this period, the six Takionauts will work and live on the space station together for about 5 days to complete various scheduled tasks and handover work…
