Season eight | The Voth Fortress… its a big ship..?

Somehow can’t noticing this vessel which featuring on Season eight, on a soon to be featured on a PVE, on a five captains team ( level fifty ), in a roughly timey team depending , known as “ The Breach”. The Voths are known to be and seen in the episode in Star Trek Voyager series, Known as “Distant Origin” in which the Voth, cold blood,  saurian species once reside on Earth then later in the timeline process that they traveled to Delta Quadrant in which that the species faced certain destruction due to the incoming Asteroid,  in which to the  extinction of the Dinosaur species.

Voths Fortress ship- 134.5 Kilometers Long

During season eight, we encounter the Voths, one of many agents of the Iconians. As we seen this case we see a very large one, in awe… in this case, it’s a Voth Fortress. It’s has a frighting size of 134.5 Kilometers long,  in its size it makes a three Kilometers Borg cube as a sugar Cube in a massive Kitchen Casserole pot..   Also it makes your common Starship looks like a work bee on any large ship…

Looking at this ship… is very impenetrable, like in it’s size can over shadow the size of the United Federation of Planets,  Earth Starbases  01, in very much so like the whale incident where it’s the cylinder probe is almost of that size…

There’s been reports of ways of how to combating the Voth Fortress, one of them is to attack focusing on the Integrity Nodes, situating around the ship ‘s hull, also along the way, that focusing on the Fortress Hard points to progressively assaults acceleratedly the damage..

When you apply more force negotiated damage on the Fortress creating a massive hull breach , you be able to, your team could enter inside the breached hull, and start taking down the remaining of the systems down such as the automated Power systems then the next focus will be its reactor core..  in the same situation tactical applied as if it was going on an Infected or cure space elite mission, or where you go on Borg Dailies, in sector space where you take down the regeneration probes and then have another team to take down the Borg unimatrix down…. one of many ways where this how can be applied..in cure space elite.

Noticing also founding that, the fleet variant version has an interesting more modifications than to the standard stock, Battle Cruiser, looking at it seems with the updates on the Dev.’s post,   it as a Battle Cruiser, as it’s given size is least than to the Sovereign class and it’s variants, with it’s size in mind it extremely more maneuverable, than the standard cruiser.. With the size of the ship class, is almost the same size as the Luna Class, about four hundred and fifty (450) meters long…..  how do I get this length in measurement, well slowly flying nearby side by side a Luna Class helped, in figuring the noted length is about  almost the same…. Noting in flying it this isn’t a science class Starship, but a tactical also an Engineering variant, but just to say that a Science captain could have fun as long you have an awesome bridge officers trained in various skill set abilities….

Avenger class Battle Cruiser…

When looking at the comparison, between the Luna, Intrepid Class and the Avenger Class, started to see the close resemblances to Luna, Intrepid Class the design lineage, the more longer delta shape saucer section with a touch of the Akria bridge inspiration…  with that in mind the engineering section started to look like a smaller version of Luna, with a Odyssey dual neckline inspired type hull……  with a re-enforce warp nacelle support akin to the Odyssey class… plus a tactically strongly protectively warp nacelle.. with more than the two traditionally now four buzzard collectors on each nacelles protectively..

In the design aspects of the hulling, it’s design as extreme combat Starship, looking at the restrictiveness of window space on the outside.. also the protectively housed  internally the windows in the neck lines.. It size gives a much greater advantage than of the escorts given it’s 450 meters with , one noticing part that if you have a evasive maneuvers ,  you could, to a more combating in drifting.. as long you watch your speed and direction of firing…

Found this new surprise Starship on Star Trek online….. It’s an Avenger Class, its also class as Battle Cruiser… as I gather it looks like the retrofitted design of the Regent, plus with an inspired design of a Akira Sovereign, Vesta saucer section variants..

From what I gather looking at it, presumably it’s a tier five ship, as to the Regent, also to the from tier four to five Assault Cruiser,  also the same size of that of the Sovereign or Regent.. also presume the same console and station configuration of the Regent, hopefully with higher rank universal stations..

One thing, I like the strong design of the warp nacelles, it’s strong well build, it look like it can handle combat in extremely conditions. From the looking at the rear of the ship design, the rear of the ship looks well defended, depending of given weapons slot… the Impulse engines are healthily sized, and will give lots of power in combat, also in travel… in saying that the design is tightly so it will give it an incredible turn rate to move around.. in which you could sever tanking in between the port and starboard side,  with both forward and after weapons slots depending how you load is your fashion..  hopefully the bridge stations are higher in gearing up with more abilities to use for season eight .

When I went to visit my friend Simon at Mars Utopia Planitia yards, on a construction on his ship which I’m looking at it right in front of me…… in the early hours in the morning… given that’s in earth hours, not in Martians hours… impressive of its small size of 190 meters of his ship, but knowing, it can really punch serious damage of its size…  looking at his ship, sitting a chair in construction lounge in the dry docks, drinking a cup of Earl grey tea, over with some cupcakes that I found in the food Replicators menu.. I sat down on chair next to the window with the encompassing view of his ship.. in the making…. Thinking that Diner girl must be envying me that seeing one in construction…. Next time that I’m in town going tell her about it…

As I was watching the, work bees assembling the warp nacelles to the nacelles supports, then seeing then adding more hull plating in finishing some of its sections on the saucer sections… seeing the other module of his ship installed slowly delicately.. by a few work bees,  assembling the photon torpedo launcher into the hull… the other installation is the cannons…

Working on in eating the second cupcake, plus finishing it off with a sipping the tea from my cup.. Hearing over in the distance a door sliding open… it was Simon…walking over… to the table that I was eating at… he walked over. I stood up, and greeted him. “Hey…” I said looking at him in uniform… and I out of uniform, but very casual… we talked to see how things are, he was great, looking forward to his new ship. And also seeing someone very special in his life, her name is Trina Masson… he told me how they met… as I got out my sort of  hipster-ish black frame spectacles, which acts like a secondary HUD display…out from my side jacket pocket..

As we walked over to the catwalk tunnel in leading to his ship, in which has as he describe it’ll be ready for the first launch, and maiden flight…  a within a couple of weeks… as explains that the warp nacelles are going be finalized in place in the few days…

Walking around, he’s explains that his ship not only small, but it can out maneuver a large Starship… and it’s flexible in very similar to the Nova variant classes  sciences vessels sizes but his larger having a basic hull rating of 15,000 b…   we walked around his ship.. he explains that that it has three forwards weapons loads, one afterwards, he told me that yesterday, that they’ve just installed one forward and rear Phaser arrays, forward dual canons, also a photon torpedo launcher…

Has we stopped by on his bridge still with some wiring hanging down with some installation is still going on, he asked his crew it to carry on, without the formalities of having two Captains on the bridge…he went off  to his not yet unfurnished ready room, just to pick of some items.. Then later he explained the bridge stations consoles, in which orthough it’s a Saber, but underneath it’s an Escort-Refit, Gladius class… which makes it great than from the other sister variants.. looking out on the main view screen and walked over he access it data explaining it, it has an universal impulse capacitance cell,  which gives an added advantage of giving a plus Impulse Burst on flight speed also on defenses having the engines generating extra energy on giving out on shields but he also says having an impulse burst. It doesn’t go well when turning though, having to strain the retros to turn.

Another thing that he shown me it’s the bridge stations having four, of two tactical at lieutenant stations which is a good thing… in the previous one it lesser consoles… having on his bridge is other two consoles, of ensigns stations of engineering, also sciences.

Orthough his crew is small unlike, the other one, that he serve on, in which is currently of fifty, instead of two hundred… we headed to engineering, seeing the ships warp core, not beating at the moment. Then Simon shows me around, looking that the finalization installation of the impulse engines. Then later it’s housing installed, he mention the how Trina and him was talking about what  various, engine types, she chosen in what providing engine power to weapons systems… he told me that Trina works in the Starfleet Corps of Engineers.. she noted that it to him, as he told me, that it can do a pretty sharp sixteen degrees turn per second, in a percentage  boost to impulse of .2 percent , also to added shields of .9 percent , but that could be modified with configurations of the ships console, of having two engineering, one science, two tactical…, in which he mention that he installed two Phaser batteries banks, in provide much more fire power and beam overloads, also having the torpedo systems that it could do a folly of Torpedo spreads,  in giving out more damage…

Has we, walked out from engineering, making way towards, picking up dinner in the drydock ‘s lounge, and Simon noticed a slight difference in me, seeing that I’m not sort of lost anymore only little bit.. he wondered with a be muse look on his face that’s saying whom is  that awesome person, or girl.. my life, taunting  with some questions, and keep asking me….” who is she..?” with a happy curious look.. And I said… it with a happy thoughtfully smile… “ it’s Diner girl.. ..”

The NX series……

The NX class was commission on the year 2151, was constructed at the Warp five complex in which was the research and development on Earth,  between various partners, where among others like  Henry Archer, Zefram Cochrane, also Captain W.M. Jefferies  to develop the Warp five Engine.  During the 22rd century of the NX project construction process, the Enterprise NX-01 (Captain Jonathon Archer) was Launched on April the 16th 2151, weeks ahead than her sister Columbia NX-02 (Captain Erika Hernandez) in the following year of November 2154 due to engine troubles.

The NX class was a series of inspiration for future Starship design heritage for long range Starships as exploration vessels. It had as length of 225 meters long, having warp four point five as cruising speed, whereas for maximum warp 5.06 due to newly installed injectors, then for emergency warp 5.2.. Then as you and Diner Girl reads on it have armaments that that time it’s is armed with Photonic Torpedo’s, Phase Cannons, Spatial Torpedo’s, and Phased Hull Plating. On the information pad on  a tour of the NX-01 Enterprise,  that you two decide to do, after that first meet up that you guys while she work.

You two notice, sharing notes, that she has more notes than you have, that the NX have changed from mark one to two in which it has an engineering section which provide abilities to do more extended exploration. But then you notice the ones that are seen around, are design for more of a tactical approach, but has a very light escort vessel, that it the ones that you’ve seeing in service now are the mark one replicas , but can do much more than warp five.

Touring around the impulse drives plus the engineering sections , you two notice it’s a lot different than from  starter and light ships,  it does have 10% shield strength plus with Speed and Maneuverability  of fourteen degrees per second and giving you .17 impulse more,  with damage also with a plus repair rate. But one good thing when she studied the weapons side it gives you a plus 15 for weapons to power. plus having a hull rating of ten thousand, with an average standard sheilds rating of 2,500…

You guys make it out onto the bridge, looking around seeing, exploring the stations consoles, of having one of each of Engineering, science, plus two tactical, as she rested,  sitting in the Captain’s chair, you notice this ship class didn’t have tractor beams till later on, it has a Universal Grappler console,  with lieutenants rank stations.. you guys were surprise that the it had eighty five crew on board, then later you and Diner girl share notes whether it was best to equip it with cannons , turrets forward torpedoes or  the two forward and rear beam arrays with one forward torpedo launcher, she won with the later configuration, given that having beams could cover a lot of firing range than cannons, plus it helps at the same time to have your shields regenerate faster, by moving at a different  tactically turns.

It was a the end of the day, you and Diner girl had a great time, you’ve learnt a lot from her, she thank you for the red skater dress that you gave her that she wore today,  and as you two departed from the Enterprise NX 01, in a shuttle, back to town, home, you look back and then to her,  wondering how come she know so much who is Diner girl..?, intrigued, she look back both your eyes met, smiling, you brushed her crimson red hair back, you guys kissed…..
