At 11:19 Hong Kong Beijing Time  on a very clear autumn day November 6th Friday 2020, China- People’s Republic of China- CNSA –China National Space Administration   Successfully launched  the Long March 6 Chang Zheng 6 carrier rocket at the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center Shanxi Province  to successfully put the NewSat9-18 satellite into the scheduled orbit. The launch was a complete success. The mission also carried and launched the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China satellites, Beihangxingsat-1 and Bayi 03 satellites. This mission is the 351st flight of the Long March series of carrier rockets…..

Successfully put the NewSat9-18 satellite into the scheduled orbit and launch it…..  A complete success. The mission also carried and launched the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China satellites, Beihangxingsat-1 and Bayi 03 satellites. NewSat9-18 satellites are 10 small remote sensing satellites developed by the Argentine Satellogic Company. The experimental 6G satellite will “verify the terahertz (THz) communication technology in space, a breakthrough in space communication,”

The 6G satellite was among three Chinese satellites successfully launched into orbit, along with 10 commercial remote sensing satellites developed by Argentinian company Satellogic, the report said.

The 10 satellites have the same technical status. They all carry multi-spectral payloads and high-spectral payloads. The single satellite weighs about 41 kilograms and has a design life of 3 years. The other seven NewSat satellites in orbit are networked and operated mainly to provide commercial remote sensing services. The University of Electronic Science and Technology of China satellite (also known as “Tianyan 05 Satellite”) was jointly developed by Chengdu Guoxing Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd., University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Beijing Weina Xingkong Technology Co., Ltd. It is mainly used for remote sensing observation of the ground and can be a smart city Provide services in construction, agriculture and forestry disaster monitoring industries. At the same time, related tests of terahertz communication loads will be carried out on the satellite platform. Beihangsat-1 is a 12U scientific experiment satellite jointly developed by Changsha Tianyi Space Science and Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Beihang University. It is also the first key payload technology verification satellite for China-PROC’s aerospace satellite system……

It is also the first key payload technology verification satellite for my country’s aerospace satellite system.

It mainly develops aircraft in orbit. Carrying ADS-B signal receiving and forwarding, laser communication satellite-to-ground data transmission technology exploration and other experiments. Bayi 03 (full name “Chinese Youth Science Satellite Bayi 03’Taiyuan'”) was initiated by Taiyuan Education Bureau and China Aerospace Science and Technology International Exchange Center. Students from Jinshan Middle School in Taiyuan participated in the development of the whole process, mainly used to develop celestial bodies. Experiments such as remote sensing observations, earth observations, and space-to-earth collaborative programming education are also equipped with “children’s voices in space” large-scale public welfare activity chips to provide aerospace science popularization and education practice platforms for young students. This mission is the 351st flight of the Long March series of carrier rockets

On the same day on Xi’an Satellite Measurement and Control Center Lingshui Measurement and Control Station completed the “NewSat” one-shot three-star measurement and control mission] At 11:19 on November 6, 2020, China successfully launched the Long March 6 Yaosan carrier rocket at the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center. “NewSat” satellite, 7 minutes after the rocket was launched into the air, the Lingshui Measurement and Control Station of the Xi’an Satellite Measurement and Control Center found and captured the target in time. “Lingshui found the target and Lingshui double capture was completed!” Normal!”
