The company is mainly a high-tech aerospace enterprise that focuses on the direction of liquid recovery and reusable launch vehicles and provides users with commercial launch services. Deep Blue Aerospace Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. At the same time, the company has rocket general and liquid engine R&D centers in Yizhuang, Beijing and Xi’an, Shaanxi, respectively, and a rocket power system test base in Tongchuan, Shaanxi…..

The Zhuque-3 ten-Kilometer vertical take-off and landing recovery test Reusable Carrier Rocket successfully completed the final assembly and will be launched in June!

🔷On April 15, the Blue Arrow Aerospace Zhuque 3 reusable rocket vertical take-off and landing recovery test arrow (hereinafter referred to as the ” Reusable Carrier Rocket “) successfully completed the “ten-Kilometer flight” transformation and final assembly work, and will be fully transferred to the final assembly testing and factory release stages. This is another new milestone that the Zhuque-3 reusable rocket is preparing to meet after the successful completion of the 100-meter vertical take-off and landing flight test on January 19.

🔷Compared with the 100-meter-level vertical take-off and landing, the 10-kilometer-level flight test not only significantly increased the flight height, but also added a series of difficult challenges for the verification of key technologies for recovery and reusability rockets, such as the first time under transonic speed conditions The engine-grid rudder-cooling attitude control joint control was carried out, the first unpowered taxiing test was carried out in a wind environment at an altitude of 10 kilometers, and the engine was re-started in the air under the condition of high dynamic pressure in the return section for the first time.

🔷According to Blue Arrow Aerospace’s ten-Kilometer-level vertical recovery flight test plan, the modified test arrow will take off with a thrust of 80 tons, and after about 200 seconds of flight, it will fly to an altitude of about 10 kilometers. In order to meet the recovery needs, this flight test mission built a new recovery site, and through several high-definition camera devices and optical fibers arranged around the site, the landing process of the test arrow and the on-site images after landing can be transmitted in real time to a location 5 kilometers away. The command hall allows the hall commander to perform post-processing work such as leaking the remaining fuel of the test arrow remotely from a remote location. This process is also an exploration and exercise of the safe post-processing process for the future Zhuque-3 sub-stage recovered arrows.

🔷In the future, the test rocket will move to the general testing stage and is expected to arrive at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center’s Blue Arrow Aerospace liquid oxygen methane rocket launch site in May, and the launch mission will be carried out in June.
