This afternoon on the 19th January 2024, Beijing time, the Landspace – Blue Arrow Aerospace Zhuque 3 VTVL-1 reusable vertical take-off and landing verification rocket conducted its first flight test today at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. The flight lasted about 60 seconds and the flight altitude was about 350 meters.

 During 16:00 Beijing Time  on January 19th , 2024, the Zhuque-3 VTVL-1 reusable vertical takeoff and landing recovery verification rocket (hereinafter referred to as the “VTVL-1 test rocket”) independently developed by Blue Arrow Aerospace was ignited and launched into space at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in my country. . The flight time of this test was about 60 seconds, the flight height was about 350m, and the landing position accuracy was about 2.4m. The rocket landed smoothly, the landing point was accurate, and it was in good condition. The test mission was a complete success!

The flight time of Blue Arrow’s grasshopper jump test is about 60 seconds, the flight height is about 350m, the landing position accuracy is 2.4m, the landing speed is 0.75m/s, the landing attitude angle is about 0.14°, and the rolling angle is about 4.4°.

The material of the rocket tank is stainless steel , with a diameter of 3.35 meters, uses a modified TQ-12 transmitter with multiple starts and depth variable thrust capabilities.

The flight time of this test is about 60 seconds, the flight height is about 350m, the landing position accuracy is 2.4m, the landing speed is 0.75m/s, the landing attitude angle is about 0.14°, and the roll angle is about 4.4°.

This afternoon, the Zhuque-3 reusable vertical take-off and landing recovery verification rocket was ignited and lifted off at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in my country. The rocket then landed smoothly and the test mission was achieved. success. The take-off mass of the test arrow in this test flight is about 50.3 tons, and the maximum take-off mass of the entire arrow can reach 68 tons. It is currently the largest vertical take-off and landing test arrow in China, People’s Republic of China. .

In the Cabin The Air conditioning System in every one of our aircraft is equipped with HEPA filters which have a similar performance to those used in hospitals operating rooms , The Cabin Air refreshes every two to three minutes , Together with a Triple defence barrier the Air condition system can filter up to 99.99 percent of airborne particles the movement of air also plays an important role. The filtered air does not flow between passengers it flows from ceiling to the cabin floor before exhausting our from the cabin….

Before your flight and between every single flight we thoroughly clean the entire cabin making sure to wipe and disinfect your seat and everything around it like your armrest, seatbelt, tray table  , overhead compartment , monitor as well common areas paying special attention to the lavatories and door handles… we use one of the world’s strongest disinfectants – NetbioKem DSAM.. to ensure the Cabin is completely sanitised ….. And we change every single headset, head rest cover pillow cover, bed sheet and blanket so you can be sure of getting a new clean set when you board … We will offer blocked seats, whenever possible .. You can rest assured that everyone onboard has had their Temperature’s and health history checked… And we required all passengers and crew to wear a face covering throughout the flight ……

Your will also receive a Cathay Care kit which contain useful essentials like an extra face covering and antiseptic wipes and you’ll find hand sanitisers in all our cabin wash rooms so you can easily keep your hand clean..  We have made a few temporary adjustments to our meal service across all classes as guided by our aviation medical team to make sure we prioritise your wellbeing as always  while making sure we offer a meal you’ll enjoy….. Outbound Crew ……. Taking Care of our cabin crew is and will remain very important to us… before reporting for duty we check the temperatures of every member of the team and require a detailed health declaration …….  an d while onboard, we equip every member of the team with the protective gear they need..
