In which Brave Nok Him brave fully recovery after treatment. In which he dreams of becoming a pilot in which Make-A-Wish Hong Kong to make his dream come true in collaboration with the crew and team of Cathay Pacific Airways in making his dream also aspirations- inspirations of becoming a great commercial airline pilot… in which his room is poster creatively of aircraft workings also drawn by him..

“ it’s a happy Day, We are helping to make a child’s wish come true, this child was diagnose with leukemia a few years ago, but bravely fought this challenge ….. “ in which given the tour around Cathay Pacific City- Hong Kong International Airport , in which in his own Cathay Pacific pilots Uniform “ The Pilots come her for training..  in which Nok Him shown around learning the different asspects of flight operations of the aircraft..  then he’s shown the flight simulator of the Cathay Pacific Cargo Boeing 747-8F in his surprise he’s been given the flight operations of his flight, flying the simulated as natural..  Then it was onwards to the Airport in learning of the preparations of an airline in before flight.. Checking the surroundings inside out of the Airbus 350WXB aircraft...   as the newest Captain Chan Nok Him “I wish you a pleasant journey….”

When designing the international Iconic awarding wining Cathay Pacific Lounges, in one of the world’s leading international Airports Hong Kong International Airport. In which for the world’s leading airliner Carrier is Cathay Pacific Airways… In which there recently innovative renovations in Cathay Pacific lounges is one lounge that you’ll wanting to arrive very early every time when you travel..

Designed, crafted by Ilse Crawford, principal of Studioilse... In expressing the a new concept lounges of Cathay Pacific’s valves of addressing the modern innovative ever changing traveler at its flagship at the Pier Business lounge that occupies 3306 square meters with seating for five hundred passengers catering towards now the largest Cathay Pacific network..  the lounges are to make the places, comfortable, friction free, also a joy to spend time in a space like a family home.. one of the iconic places is the signature Noodle Bar in which offering homemade style dishes of the food delights senses of Hong Kong iconic international food culture from the streets, home, also the Hong Kong restaurants, among that is the fast food bar in with the tea house with fantastic showers spas suites….featuring distressing area the Sanctuary with pure yoga area..  “Design is not about the way things look; it’s more about how you can make a space feel good…. If your intentions is to be warm and kind and take care of people  then that needs to be the starting point for everything you do ……. So we always look at how a space will affect how people feel.. Something that makes them have a better experience… by being in that space….. Ilse travels a lot and travel can be extremely brutal. As we all know Airports can be pretty stressful experiences, they’re brightly lit, chaotic….. In the Cathay Pacific Space, the most important moment we felt was going to the lounge the boundary between the noisy, stressful airport and this kind of sanctuary, if you like…. But that was extremely conscious, so the light is low, the level of sound is quite soft,  the materials are warm and tactile..    So we really wanted to orchestrate that transition from one world towards the next…… I want that somebody feels that someone cares…. But I also want that it feels heartfelt…. One of the lovely things that’s I’ve heard is that people sometimes leave work early just to be in lounge for an extra hour, which is pretty unheard of.. …. It’s really a Joy, I must say to goes through the lounges now and seeing people chatting, relaxed, happy it’s not common in airports and it’s just so rewarding to see it working…..  “

In Already Tomorrow in Hong Kong, in the month of June 2019, is the iconic International CCB Dragon Boat Race is the three day event in which 14th towards 16th June 2019, in the international iconic skyline within the Victoria Harbour among with hundred thousands of spectators, also the world’s top dragon boat athletes race it out with beating drums to inspire the rowers to paddle fast also to warn of omens that lies below.. as each boat, racing ten meter dragon canoe paddles by a crew of twenty to twenty two people, with a beating drummer whom encourages the row faster… towards the finishing line in honouring the Qu Yaun..  As all across the Asian communities celebrated across the planet…

The historical highlights of the dragon boat race is to celebrate and event that falls on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month that happens to falls on this year on 7th June 2019… in which historically it celebrates a virtuous Scholar two thousand years ago, in which that event of the Dragon Boat race is also known as the Tuen Ng Festival the National Hero Virtuous scholar also a righteous Official named Qu Yaun drown himself in the Mi Lo River..  Due to the corruption he has seen in with protest against the corrupted rulers and officials…  in which he drown himself in which the nearby villages whom heard of his self-drowning tried to rescue him, but to no avail in which they thrown Zongzi into the river.. Zongzi is like fried glutton sticky rice with flavouring of meats as the center delight takeaway wrapped in with dried banana or palm leaves then steamed…as the villages thrown Zongzi into the river in finding him hoping that the fishes or omens don’t eat his flesh…

 

The CCB- China Construction Bank International dragon race festival among that have various two types of classes of entry the standard boat and the small boat lengths in which there are various competition categories levels…. In which during the three day events.. There are other events contrasting with various multiple events such as “Man Made Beach and Splash area” “Music Concert” “Street Food Gala” “Artisanal market” also “Interactive Activities”

In the dedication of ensuring flight safety, is the Asia’s leading Airline Cathay Pacific Airways 國泰航空公司, in working behind the scenes in where ensuring working together as a team where the International iconic Cathay Pacific Cabin Crew-Flight Attendants ensuring you have a heartfelt service of a comfortable flight experience, where the Cathay Pacific’s international experienced Pilot takes you to your destination…. In that collaboration is the crew of engineers. Whom delicate in which of ensuring partaking that preparations of ensuring that your journey is a safely done, in which you’ll see them inspecting maintaining the aircraft ..

As part of the collaborative team is the Aircraft Engineer Dominic in this case he’ll be looking checking inspecting a Cathay Pacific Airbus A350- A350-900 series… “An I’m responsible for every aircraft line maintenance,  I joined Cathay Pacific  in 2001, this year is my nineteen year with the airline in which when he first joined, An Engineer told him when you release an aircraft it may be easy to sign it off in the logbook, but your signature carries a huge responsibility in which because it guarantees the safety of the aircraft and passengers , since then every time I release an aircraft, I take it as a very serious responsibility, , We’re   usually in the office an hour earlier, to check the aircraft’s parking position on the computer, also its condition in real time,  if we discover a problem we have time to get ready, So when the aircraft arrives we can immediately star repairs …. Fifteen minutes before the aircraft arrives, we’ll head out to the tarmac, to conduct a walk around check, in which making sure the area is clear of debris, so the aircraft can taxi in safely…So when the Aircraft is at a stop, we’ll place wheel chocks to prevent it from moving, Then we’ll contact the flight crew via headsets ……. “

“…..The Engineer will check the aircraft door for any damages, then we’ll gives a thumbs up for ground staff to connect the air bridge, We’ll then conduct a general visual inspection of the aircraft to check the fuselage.. Engine, wings, landing gears, also tail, to see if there are any defects…. Inside the aircraft we will first stop by the cockpit to greet the pilot… Then it’s to check the logbook register any defects, although we don’t directly serve out passengers like cabin crew… But as an engineer we have the same dedication to make sure our passengers are comfortable, that the aircraft is safe.  We’ll do our best every step of the way … “

“…….Before Take-off, the pilot and I will do individual pre departure walk around checks, Only we’re sure there’s nothing wrong then will we sign to release the aircraft…. I think being an engineer is both a rewarding and challenging job.. We need to be clam, and also be able to make quick decisions… For every flight that takes passengers to their destination safely and on time. There’s a crew silently working behind the scenes  Every time I see an aircraft that I’ve inspected and released take off safely, even when the going gets tough it all worth it …. “
