快舟一号On a Clear blue Skies Day on Xichang Satellite launch Center, Sichuan Province, China, People’s Republic of China… 中國製造 Expace Technology Corporation.Kuaizhou-1A YAO 22 successfully launched the Hede-3 AE Satellite  At 13:32 Hong Kong SAR- Beijing time on August 14th 2023 the Kuaizhou-1A solid carrier rocket at the Xichang Satellite Launch Center to launch the Hede-3 AE satellite in the form of “one arrow and five satellites”. The No. 3 AE satellite was sent into the predetermined orbit, and the launch mission was a complete success.

The Kuaizhou-1A rocket that carried out this launch mission is a small solid launch vehicle launched by Aerospace Science and Technology Rocket Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Aerospace Sanjiang, a subsidiary of 中国航空科技.

Hede No. 3 AE satellite (Jiaotong No. 6-No. 10 satellite) is a network star of the transportation VDES satellite system developed by Beijing Hede Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd., mainly used for the integrated transportation safety of “land, sea, air and space” Security System. The traffic VDES satellite system is the basic guarantee for maritime intelligent shipping communication, marine situation awareness, and intelligent ocean detection, and can provide global coverage of satellite Internet of Things communication services and aircraft supervision services in the navigation field. It will become the “Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) )”important parts of. This mission is the 22nd launch of the Kuaizhou-1A solid launch vehicle.

It is mainly used in areas such as land census, urban planning, land rights determination, road network design, crop estimation and disaster prevention and mitigation.
