Guided by the national strategy and guided by market demand, Blue Arrow Aerospace is committed to developing a series of medium and large launch vehicles with liquid oxygen methane as propellant, providing cost-effective and highly reliable launch services for the global market.

Adhering to the highly integrated and intelligent product design and R&D concept, Blue Arrow Aerospace solves product design, manufacturing, testing and delivery with its excellent innovation capabilities and professional technical team.

On the week of the 14th October 2022 The first complete product of the Blue Arrow Aerospace auxiliary power system completed the final assembly…. Recently, the Blue Arrow Aerospace auxiliary power system Yunque (YQ-10) completed the first assembly and test work, and passed the acceptance test and delivered the complete machine for hot test.

YQ-10 is used in the second batch of Suzaku-2 liquid oxygen methane launch vehicle. It is mainly used for the control of rocket roll, pitch yaw, terminal velocity correction, propellant sinking, etc. It is different from Tianque series liquid oxygen methane engine. , which is a technical solution for an extruded single-component catalytic decomposition liquid rocket engine. It uses a normal temperature self-ignition propellant and has steady-state and pulse working capabilities.

The YQ-10 engine is independently developed by Blue Arrow Aerospace. It mainly includes 15 components such as thrust chambers, valves, storage tanks, gas cylinders, cables, etc., and a variety of ground support equipment such as electrical performance testers, charging and discharging equipment, etc.

In order to effectively reduce production costs and simplify production processes, Blue Arrow Aerospace integrates social resources and applies a number of civilian technologies and processes to products.

The head of the thrust chamber adopts a 3D printing technology solution and the structures such as the heat insulation frame, capillary tube and injector are formed at one time, the parameter selection is more flexible, and the production process is greatly simplified.

On the week of 12th October 2022 CNSA –China National Space Administration    China’s Tiangong China Space Station Shenzhou 14 Takionaut crew of Month October announcement of the Tiangong Classroom in which will be taken place in the newly connected module of Wentian Experimental Module this is the third class famously taken taught by the Senior Colonel PLA Taikonaut Wang Yaping from Shenzhou 10 – Shenzhou 13… writing on the blackboard class in session will be starting on 1545 Hours Hong Kong SAR – Beijing Time October 12th 2022 Wednesday. The Takionauts of the Shenzhou 14 flight crew Chen Dong, Liu Yang, and Cai Xuzhe will give space lectures to young people, and China Central Radio and Television Station will broadcast live to the world.

Shenzhou 9 – Shenzhou 14 Takionaut Liu Yang recites at the China space station The third lesson of “Tiangong Classroom” will start tomorrow. Chen Dong, Liu Yang, and Cai Xuzhe will become space teachers. Before the start of the lecture, listen to “Mrs. Liu” recite “I use starlight to light up the motherland” on the space station

This space teaching activity will continue to take the form of interaction between heaven and earth. Three Takionauts will introduce and display the working and living scenes of the Chinese space station Wentian experimental module on-orbit, and demonstrate the capillary effect experiment in a microgravity environment, the water polo becoming “lazy” experiment, and space fun. Drinking water, turning wrenches, and introduction to plant growth research projects, as well as interactive exchanges with ground classes, aim to spread the knowledge of manned spaceflight and stimulate the interest of young people in science.

Since the launch of “Tiangong Classroom”, two space classes have been successfully held, which have achieved good social response. In the collection of teaching content carried out in the early stage, all walks of life, especially the young people, actively offered suggestions and suggestions through the news media, the “Learning Power” platform and the official website of the manned space project. Many good creative designs stood out and will be used in this lecture and the follow-up. Showcases will be displayed during the event.

Chinese Takionauts sincerely invite young people to simultaneously try to carry out relevant experiments on the ground, to perceive the mysteries of the universe and experience the joy of exploration from the difference between heaven and earth…..

“Tianque” vacuum engine TQ-15A completed the final assembly…

On September 25, 2022, the “Tianque” family vacuum liquid oxygen methane engine-TQ-15A completed the first assembly at the Huzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Base, and is scheduled to be completed on 10 on the 8th September 2022 it was delivered to the test bench for test run assessment and analysis..

The TQ-15A will be put into use as the second batch of secondary main engines of the Suzaku-2 Carrier Rocket. The engine and TQ-12A general-purpose turbo pump, valve, gas generator and other key components adopt the pump front swing scheme, the vacuum thrust reaches 836kN, and it can achieve 60%~110% depth variable thrust, and the overall performance has reached the international advanced level.

Compared with the second-stage engine of the Suzaku-2 rocket in service, its advantages are:

– Cancellation of the traveling aircraft, reducing the system complexity and reducing the weight by about 400kg;
– With ±4° two-way swing function, the attitude can be carried out without the traveling aircraft control;
– It has the functions of three times of ignition and depth change, which can meet various ballistic requirements;
– The use of the pump front swing layout scheme reduces the pump-push distance and improves the compactness of the structure;
– The turbine pump uses the face sealing technology to reduce the Small leak rate simplifies the rocket launch process;
– The turbo pump is changed to a two-stage turbine, which improves efficiency and reduces the size of the engine;
– The turbine exhaust is introduced into the extension of the thrust chamber nozzle, which improves the specific impulse performance of the engine and reduces the size of the engine. Engine side force.

In the future, with the application of the TQ-15A, the cost of the Suzaku-2 carrier rocket will be reduced and the capacity will be further improved to meet more types of launch needs and meet the requirements of the commercial development of future launch vehicles.

Remarks: The TQ-15A engine in the picture is in the state without the large nozzle.
