“Tianque” vacuum engine TQ-15A completed the final assembly…

On September 25, 2022, the “Tianque” family vacuum liquid oxygen methane engine-TQ-15A completed the first assembly at the Huzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Base, and is scheduled to be completed on 10 on the 8th September 2022 it was delivered to the test bench for test run assessment and analysis..

The TQ-15A will be put into use as the second batch of secondary main engines of the Suzaku-2 Carrier Rocket. The engine and TQ-12A general-purpose turbo pump, valve, gas generator and other key components adopt the pump front swing scheme, the vacuum thrust reaches 836kN, and it can achieve 60%~110% depth variable thrust, and the overall performance has reached the international advanced level.



Compared with the second-stage engine of the Suzaku-2 rocket in service, its advantages are:

– Cancellation of the traveling aircraft, reducing the system complexity and reducing the weight by about 400kg;
– With ±4° two-way swing function, the attitude can be carried out without the traveling aircraft control;
– It has the functions of three times of ignition and depth change, which can meet various ballistic requirements;
– The use of the pump front swing layout scheme reduces the pump-push distance and improves the compactness of the structure;
– The turbine pump uses the face sealing technology to reduce the Small leak rate simplifies the rocket launch process;
– The turbo pump is changed to a two-stage turbine, which improves efficiency and reduces the size of the engine;
– The turbine exhaust is introduced into the extension of the thrust chamber nozzle, which improves the specific impulse performance of the engine and reduces the size of the engine. Engine side force.

In the future, with the application of the TQ-15A, the cost of the Suzaku-2 carrier rocket will be reduced and the capacity will be further improved to meet more types of launch needs and meet the requirements of the commercial development of future launch vehicles.

The interview talks of her life during the Six months in Space, Doing EVA Space Walks, also the Hard Training work training previously involved at Beijing for the Space Station Complex simulator also other areas of the life onboard the China Space Station..

王亞平 Wang Yaping, female, Han nationality, native of Yantai, Shandong, member of the Communist Party of China, born in January 1980, enlisted in the army in August 1997, joined the party in May 2000, graduated from the School of Journalism and Communication, Peking University with a master’s degree, and studied in the School of Psychology, Peking University Ph.D., Colonel rank. she used to be the deputy commander of a division and regiment of the Air Force Air Force. After Wentian experimental module entered orbit, the status setting was successfully completed. At 3:13 on July 25, 2022, Beijing time, it was successfully connected to the forward port of 天和 Tianhe Core Module. The entire rendezvous and docking process lasted about 13 hours. . This is the first time that two 20-ton spacecraft in my country- China- People’s Republic of China have achieved rendezvous and docking in orbit. …According to the mission plan, the Shenzhou 14 Takionaut crew will then enter the Wentian experimental module….. In which finally docked in early morning time of the 25th July 2022 in with CNSA –Beijing Aerospace City in which co-ordinated the docking maneuverers have achieved rendezvous and docking in orbit.…   in which the crew of the Shenzhou 14 staying for six months in construction of the stage one of the China Space station with the additional Mengtian experimental module in which will be delivered on the October 2022 Launch Schedule calendar..

On the 1st September 2022 it is the first Shenzhou 14  EVA Spacewalk for  CNSA –China National Space Administration    China Space Tiangong Space Station .  first exiting  out  is Commander陈冬Chen Dong opened the airlock door of the airlock cabin Today on 1st September 2022 , Takionaut went out of the cabin for the first time….  At 15:48, the Takionauts closed the cabin door of the Wentian module, and then Takionauts Chen Dong and刘洋Liu Yang entered the extravehicular spacesuit successively and carried out various preparations before leaving the cabin. At 18:26, Takionauts Chen Dong opened the airlock door of the Wentian experimental cabin. In the follow-up, Chen Dong and Liu Yang worked outside the cabin, and Cai Xuzhe cooperated and supported in the core cabin, and jointly completed various predetermined tasks such as the installation of the extended pump set in the Wentian experimental cabin and the lifting of the panoramic camera in the Wentian experimental cabin……

Following seven hours least later the Shenzhou 14 Crew successfully completed the first outing EVA Spacewalk  mission At 0:33 Hours on September 2nd  2022, Beijing time, after about 6 hours of out-of-vehicle activities, Shenzhou 14 Takionaut s Chen Dong, Liu Yang, and Cai Xuzhe worked closely together , to complete all the scheduled tasks during the outboard activity, Chen Dong and Liu Yang have returned to the Wentian experimental cabin safely, and the outboard activity was a complete success. This is the first time that Takionauts have exited from the Wentian experimental cabin airlock, and the exit activities are carried out with the assistance of a small robotic arm. During the astronaut’s out-of-vehicle activities, the heaven and earth cooperated closely and the inside and outside of the cabin cooperated closely, and successively completed tasks such as the installation of the extended pump set in the Wentian cabin, the lifting of the panoramic camera in the Wentian cabin, and the verification of the autonomous emergency return outside the cabin. The whole process was smooth and successful, and the inspection the ability of the Takionauts to work together with the small robotic arm has been verified, and the functional performance of the Wentian experimental cabin airlock and related support equipment for exit activities has been verified.

This test is to fasten the second stage of the “TL-2” rocket on the power system test bench for ignition and swing frequency sweep tests. Its purpose is to simulate the official flight state through ground tests, to verify the correctness of Tianbing Technology’s “TL-2” two-stage rocket scheme, as well as the booster delivery system, secondary engine, control system, measurement system, ground filling and distribution system, measurement system. The matching and coordination between the various links such as the sending and control system.

During the test run, the systems of the second sub-stage of the rocket worked normally and had stable performance throughout the whole process. All performance indicators met the design requirements. The engine used in this test is the only reusable supplementary combustion cycle liquid oxygen kerosene rocket engine in my country’s private aerospace industry. This type of engine is independently developed by Tianbing Technology, and adopts the industry-leading oxygen-enriched supplementary combustion cycle scheme, which greatly improves the utilization efficiency of propellant, and its performance is 10% higher than that of engines with the same thrust; at the same time, this type of engine not only has multiple ignitions It also has 50%~110% continuously adjustable thrust capability.
