On November 13th to 17th 2020… LandSpace 蓝箭航天 One of sixty Chinese private space Carrier Rocket Companies in China-People’s Republic of China..   , LandSpace Blue Arrow Aerospace successfully completed the joint test run of the second-stage engine of the Suzaku 2 rocket. The rocket engine used in this round of test runs is a combination of 80-ton and 10-ton “Tianque” liquid oxygen methane engines….

The second-level power system of Zhuque-2 adopts the “80+10” scheme, which is composed of a “Tianque” 80-ton TQ-12 engine (main engine) and a “Tianque” 10-ton TQ-11 engine (swinging machine) in parallel. , The two machines share the control and blow-off module. The TQ-12 engine is mainly used as the main propulsion of the rocket’s secondary flight stage, and the TQ-11 engine provides power for the rocket’s secondary attitude control and precise orbit…..

This round of test runs were carried out on November 13, 15, and 17 respectively. It is the first round of hot test after the TQ-11 and TQ-12 engines are combined. It mainly assesses the feasibility of the second stage engine system and the final assembly structure of the Zuzque-2 carrier rocket. The performance, the coordination of the work between the main engine and the swimming aircraft, verified the rationality of the start-up and shutdown procedures of the secondary engine, obtained the thermal environment parameters of the secondary engine, and evaluated the thermal protection scheme of the secondary engine under the swaying conditions. During the test run, the engine mixture ratio was continuously adjusted within a certain range, so that the overall flight evaluation has more accurate data available…..

朱雀二号液体运载火箭二级火箭发动机联合试车圆满成功

11月13至17日,蓝箭航天顺利完成朱雀二号火箭二级发动机联合试车。本轮试车的火箭发动机由80吨和10吨级的“天鹊”液氧甲烷发动机组合而成。…

朱雀二号的二级动力系统采用“80+10”方案,由“天鹊”80吨TQ-12发动机(主机)和1台“天鹊”10吨级TQ-11发动机(游机)并联组成,两机共用控制、吹除模块。其中TQ-12发动机主要作为火箭二级飞行段的主推进力,TQ-11发动机则为火箭二级姿态控制及精确入轨提供动力。

本轮试车分别于11月13、15、17日进行,是TQ-11、TQ-12两型发动机合体后的首轮热试车,主要考核朱雀二号运载火箭二级发动机系统和总装结构方案可行性、主机和游机的工作协调性、验证了二级发动机起动关机程序的合理性,获得了二级发动机的热环境参数,并考核了游机在摇摆条件下二级发动机热防护方案。试车过程中对发动机混合比在一定范围进行连续调节,使总体在进行飞行评估时有更多可用的准确数据。

According to R & D engineers of Blue Arrow Space Rocket, Suzaku 2 rocket is the first dual cryogenic liquid rocket in China that uses electromechanical servo technology. The launch vehicle control system swings the engine through a high-power electromechanical servo system and performs engine thrust vector control to achieve rocket attitude stability and high-precision control. Tianque 80-ton liquid oxygen methane engine adopts advanced pump back swing technology. Compared with the traditional pump front swing, the pump back swing can effectively reduce the size of the engine, reduce the weight of the engine structure, and reduce the swing torque.

This round of test drive completed the swing of various angles, frequencies and waveforms, verified the matching between the engine and the high-power electromechanical servo system, and obtained the static and dynamic performance characteristics of the engine swing system. Major milestones…..

Currently One Space-China Chongqing Municipality, first to be licences to launch Carrier Rockets.. Founded in 2015 August by Mister Shu Chang CEO-Founder with his private company has two light small medium Carrier Rockets series the OS-X also OS-M in Carrier Rocket fleet… the OX-X is the first that was maiden launched in which was a seven point two Tonnes nine meter long Rocket in which it traveling range is five minutes at a maximum attitude of least thirty nine kilometers…
