High-density launch is the only way for a commercial rocket to go from development to maturity, from laboratory products to assembly line industrial products. It comprehensively tests an enterprise’s organizational capabilities, management capabilities, support capabilities, and technical capabilities. It requires continuous innovation and changes in the production organization model.
