The Chang Zheng Long March 2-D carrier rocket (CZ-2D) rocket is about 41 meters long (equipped with a standard fairing diameter of 3.35 meters), with a diameter of 3.35 meters for the first and second stages, a take-off mass of 250 tons, a take-off thrust of 302 tons, and a low-Earth orbit (LEO) ) transport capacity 4 tons. This rocket is equipped with a fairing with a diameter of 3.35 meters and adopts a new flight control algorithm, which further improves the reliability of the rocket flight.

The Chang Zheng – Long March 2D Carrier Rocket launch vehicle is a normal-temperature liquid two-stage launch vehicle with a take-off thrust of about 300 tons and a corresponding capacity of 1.3 tons in a 700-kilometer sun-synchronous circular orbit. It has single satellites and satellites in different orbits at the three satellite launch centers of Jiuquan, Taiyuan, and Xichang. Multi-satellite launch capability.
