LandSpace 蓝箭航天 One of sixty Chinese private space Carrier Rocket Companies in China-People’s Republic of China…   On the occasion of the centenary of the founding of the party, the first phase of the Jiaxing LandSpace Blue Arrow Aerospace Center,   located in VIC International Plaza, No. 13 Ronghua South Road, Yizhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Beijing China – People’s Republic of China…. The company located in a gathering place for the aerospace industry chain laid out in Zhejiang, was completed and will soon be put into use. Established mass production capacity for medium and large rockets, and completed the first phase of Jiaxing Blue Arrow Space Center…. Blue Arrow Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. (Blue Arrow Aerospace) is a leading domestic commercial company for the creation and operation of aerospace transportation systems, established in June 2015, a national high-tech enterprise, Member of the International Astronautical Federation (IAF). Guided by the national strategy and guided by market demand, Blue Arrow Aerospace is committed to developing a series of medium and large launch vehicles with liquid oxygen methane as propellant, providing cost-effective and highly reliable launch services for the global market.

Adhering to the highly integrated and intelligent product design and R&D concept, Blue Arrow Aerospace solves product design, manufacturing, testing and delivery with its excellent innovation capabilities and professional technical team.

On the week of the 14th October 2022 The first complete product of the Blue Arrow Aerospace auxiliary power system completed the final assembly…. Recently, the Blue Arrow Aerospace auxiliary power system Yunque (YQ-10) completed the first assembly and test work, and passed the acceptance test and delivered the complete machine for hot test.

YQ-10 is used in the second batch of Suzaku-2 liquid oxygen methane launch vehicle. It is mainly used for the control of rocket roll, pitch yaw, terminal velocity correction, propellant sinking, etc. It is different from Tianque series liquid oxygen methane engine. , which is a technical solution for an extruded single-component catalytic decomposition liquid rocket engine. It uses a normal temperature self-ignition propellant and has steady-state and pulse working capabilities.

The YQ-10 engine is independently developed by Blue Arrow Aerospace. It mainly includes 15 components such as thrust chambers, valves, storage tanks, gas cylinders, cables, etc., and a variety of ground support equipment such as electrical performance testers, charging and discharging equipment, etc.

In order to effectively reduce production costs and simplify production processes, Blue Arrow Aerospace integrates social resources and applies a number of civilian technologies and processes to products.

The head of the thrust chamber adopts a 3D printing technology solution and the structures such as the heat insulation frame, capillary tube and injector are formed at one time, the parameter selection is more flexible, and the production process is greatly simplified.
